Back to topYes absolutely. We can insure single items or collections for both men and women and any combination thereon.
Back to topYes. When you purchase the item and have it in your possession, you have the “insurable interest”, as soon as you give this item to the “bearer”, you have joint insurable interest. We need to know about the bearer, so that they can make a claim as well. You'll notice we ask you to specify whether the item added (during our quote process) belongs to "the policyholder" or their partner. If there are any problems, call our hotline.
Back to topThese are eligibility questions employed by the underwriter, they are no designed to trip you up or alienate you. It is merely the terms of the product. They are required for all online purchases. If you “fail” an eligibility question, it is possible we can still help you over the phone. We’ll just need a little bit more information. Back to topYes. For all items with insured values greater than £5,000 we’ll need a copy of the sales invoice. You can simply post this to us or scan it as an attachment, placing your customer reference number in the “subject bar” to insurance4everyone@baonline.co.uk. Retain this receipt at all times in case of a claim.

Back to topYou policy is subject to the standard, FSA guideline, “cooling off” period. See our wording for details. Once that period has expired, you may cancel your policy at any time, this may be subject to a cancellation fee at the underwriter’s discretion. You can call us for more details on your cancellation rights.
Back to topCatlin Insurance Company (UK) Ltd are the insurer that underwrites these products. They are responsible for paying any claims accrued. Catlin are known as a “London Market” insurer and have a security rating of 'A' (Strong) from Standard & Poors rating agency.
